School Profile
Creston Middle School offers a wide variety of academic and extracurricular opportunities for students. Using a Teaming concept, Creston is able to offer a foundation of core subjects to include language arts, mathematics, science and social studies as well as physical education, health and numerious exploratory courses. The 8-Step Process has guided all achievement initiatives through a Professional Learning Communities philosophy, with the Regrouping of students based upon students learning on three-week common assessments. Creston also provides a gifted program in each core subject area at each grade level.
A variety of opportunities exist for parent involvement at Creston including monthly PTSA meetings and Parent Seminars/Workshops.
